My name is Kathy Catlin and my passion is helping women in recovery take their health and wellness to the next level.

The 6-Month "You're Sober, Now Feel Fabulous" Program

If you are a woman in recovery but find yourself frustrated with your body, sick of carrying extra pounds, struggling with energy crashes, reaching for sugar more than you care to admit the 'You're Sober, Now Feel Fabulous' Program is for you.

If you know you should focus on getting your health in order, but don't know where to start, if you are overwhelmed with the prospect of making another major life change in recovery, I get it and I am here to help.

This is not another calorie counting, weighing in, prepackaged meal program. This program will transform how you work with your body to give it what it needs.

Step 1 - Learn to Understand Your Body and Its Unique Needs so you can fuel it with the health and wellness practices that make your body sing!

Step 2- Develop a Healthy Relationship With Your Body so you can tune into what it needs, understand what it is communicating to you, and learn to love yourself - ending the brutal body battle.

Step 3- Learn to Nourish Your Mind & Spirit to Take Your   Recovery To The Next Fabulous Level​. Body, Mind, & Spirit - the three pillars to hold us up strong in our health and wellness. 

  • ​You will be released from sugar addiction and the obsessive thoughts that go with it
  • You will develop more energy to sustain you through the day
  • You will learn about the Food/Mood connection to better support your recovery.
  • Develop strategies to bust through the stressors that hold you back and get in your way
  • Your sleep will improve
  • Develop a movement program that supports your unique needs and makes you happy.
  • Your body will release the extra pounds it's been hanging onto. 

The major component to this program is SUPPORT. You will not be alone in your journey and have guidance as you go through the process. When frustrations arise, I will be right there with you to help you navigate through and understand what the challenges mean.

The 6-Month 'You're Sober, Now Feel Fabulous' Program includes:

  • 12  One-to-One 60 Minute Sessions
  • Customized resources to support your goals
  • Delicious recipes, food & wellness information pertinent to your specific needs
  • Unlimited email/text support between sessions for when you have questions or want a pep talk
  • Access to future resources as developed

The 3-Month Jumpstart Program

Jumpstart also meets twice a month but only for three months. 6 sessions total.

This program is perfect for the woman who knows she needs an overhaul with her wellness and nutrition, but isn't ready to "jump in the deep end" yet.

By addressing the basics, this program will get you started on your healthy nutritional journey.

  • You will learn how to stock your kitchen with healthful foods that support your recovery
  • You will develop strategies to address the stressors in your life to help increase your overall life satisfaction
  • You will understand more clearly what your body needs to start feeling its best.

The Jumpstart Program includes:

  • 6 One to One 60 Minute Sessions
  • Customized resources to support your goals 
  • Delicious recipes, food & wellness information pertinent to your specific needs
  • Unlimited email/text support between sessions for when you have questions or want a pep talk

A One Hour Wellness & Nutrition Consult

During the One-Hour Wellness and Nutrition Consult we will:

  • Discuss any questions or concerns you are having.
  • Together we will craft an action plan to best suit your needs.
  • Depending on your needs, I may follow up with articles, recipes, and/or other information to support your action plan.

A 30  Minute Follow Up Session

You can schedule one of these sessions after an initial One Hour Consult or after completing the Three or Six Month Program.
